At Ride In Go, we value your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data for our Customer and Driver apps.
This service is owned and operated by Next Zen Solution.
We collect your name, phone number, location (for trip routing/matching), and driver documents (Aadhaar, PAN, DL, RC, insurance) for verification purposes.
We use your information to facilitate ride services, process payments via Razorpay, send OTP alerts using MSG91, and handle maps navigation via Google Maps.
You can request account deletion in the app (Settings -> Delete Account) or online at /account-deletion. Once requested, your personal data is deactivated immediately and removed or anonymized after a 30-day grace period, retaining only legally required financial transaction history. During the 30-day grace period, you may cancel your deletion request to restore access.
